Recently the ICR Team found themselves in the hub of our industry, Coffee Expo 2026 - Attending workshops and lectures, brewing and serving coffee, connecting in person with the producers, importers, distributors, experts, and fellow professionals that shape the coffee we serve. The spirit of collaboration and cheer highlighted a resounding truth about the coffee we drink - it’s only as good as the team behind it –
So, we spend time:
- Getting further certified in working with equipment
- Preparing sustainable practices
- Connecting with importers that are personally involved with the coffee they source
- Expressing appreciation and gratitude with the growers who endure and innovate to ensure coffee remains available and tasty
- Reading and researching ways to keep quality coffee affordable
- With every new skill, every practice, every moment spent building camaraderie and developing our craft, our goal remains: that you love what you drink.
