Responsibilities:

Pursuing professionalism in all aspects of the job
Memorizing, understanding, and representing Indie Coffee Roasters Mission, Vision, Values
Accurate coffee knowledge communication to guests
All products served reflect Indie Coffee Roasters expectations and quality standards
Looking for service opportunities, making guests feel special
Accurate register operations and cash handling

Detail-oriented and the ability to multitask
Exemplify professionalism while interacting with guests and team members
Genuine desire to leave people better than you found them
Critical thinking and quick problem solving
Care about more than just coffee - we equally value community and an excellent experience for customers
Ability to lift 40 pounds
Ability to use a car for market item transportation (preferred but not required)
